Work underway on Melrose retail center, Mall at Green Hills space undergoes update, and more

Latest Melrose development
Robert S. Biscan & Co. will build the 7,732-square-foot Melrose Retail Center (pictured) to be located at 2625 Franklin Pike. Being developed by The Capital Corp., the one-story building will have three tenant spaces for restaurants and one for retail. It's a $463,000 project. (Read more here.)

New tenants in Green Hills
Commercial Contractors Inc. has the $560,000 contract to rehab space at The Mall at Green Hills for White House Black Market. Also in the mall, Horizon has a $110,000 permit to change-over a suite for True Religion Brand Jeans.

Renovations at Clover Bottom
Edwards Construction will conduct interior renovations at the state's Clover Bottom Development Center. It's a $2.44 million job.
