The Capital Corp. has finalized leases for a Jimmy John's and a Pie Five Pizza for its retail building under construction in Melrose and slated for a mid-October finish.
Tiffanie Fitzpatrick, the Nashville-based company's director of sales and leasing, said the Jimmy John's sandwich shop will take about 1,540 square feet of space, with Pie Five Pizza to work from 2,500 square feet. Fitzpatrick said about 3,700 square feet remain for lease and could accommodate two more tenants. The Jimmy John's will include a drive-thru.
To be called Melrose Retail Center, the building has an address of 2625 Franklin Pike and is located to the left of the structure home to a Krystal and near the area's Kroger.
Financial terms of the leases are not being disclosed, said Fitzpatrick.
"We have many prospects for the remaining space," she said.
